"The AAX Aero Crash cymbals sound very special, first of all there is the explosive, bright and cutting attack, which vehemently lodges in the ear canal. The sustain is idiosyncratic, bright and quite treble-heavy. It becomes significantly quieter after a short decay time, but then stands for a relatively long time with a transparent and gently modulating sound.
