Over the course of the last decade, Xilxo went through a transformation to finesse in Turkish cymbal sounds never found elsewhere. Following this character the Cincinnati series goes further in tribute to the Queen City's rich, broad music heritage with great musicians, recording facilities and broadcasting stations. Coextending that, this series is exceptionally versatile, with plenty of hammer marks visible beneath the grooves. Rides yield clear and ever present stick sound while maintaining a musical wash that can range from subtle to explosive. Crashes offer full cutting power. Hats offer crisp and pronounced chick sound, yet remain balanced and musical.
