Return Policy

We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to let you know if it has been approved.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item you received was not as described. We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or eGift Cards.

To begin a return, please contact us at cymbalhouse@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order for the cymbal you want after your return has been accepted.

If you prefer a direct exchange, just let us know which cymbal you'd like. Once your return is approved, we'll ship your new cymbal for free within the Continental U.S. (For other destinations, please see our shipping policy.)

  • If the new cymbal costs less, we'll refund you the difference.
  • If it costs more, we'll charge you the difference in price.


Refunds

If your return is approved and you choose a refund, we will automatically process it back to your original payment method.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund the original transaction fees charged by payment processors, unless the item was not received as described. These fees will be deducted from your total refund amount. The fees vary by payment method:

  • 3% for Credit/Debit Cards, Amazon Pay, and Venmo
  • 4% for Amex Credit Cards and all international transactions
  • 3.5% for PayPal
  • 6% for Shop Pay Installments

 

Combo Cymbals

Returning a cymbal from a combo deal for an exchange is the same as returning any other single item.

However, if you request a refund and do not return all items from the combo deal, the original combo discount will be deducted from your refund amount.
