We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and clearance items or eGift Cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you choose an exchange, you can select any cymbal listed and let us know. After your return is approved, your new cymbal will be shipped for free within Continental USA. For other destinations please see our shipping policy. If the cymbal you exchange costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund you the difference. If the new cymbal costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price.
If you choose to be refunded and your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Our Shopify Payments gateway doesn't charge back the 2.99% + 49¢ fee per online transaction on refunds, and if you choose to return your purchase this transaction fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item was not received as described.
