"The sound was something I had to get used to, it sounded more like a china at first but after I some how got used to it I really started to like the dark thrashy sounds, its like a "thang" sound but in a very musical way and nice overtones that fade out very smooth, this is the kind of cymbal that spice up any cymbal setups. If you tap it lightly it will give this jazzy kind of sound and if you crash it you will get this ragged yet smooth (confusing?) and warm "thannng" sound." - P.O.E.

"It works as a crash, as long as you don't need any sustain. It works excellently for riding to create a high-energy accented-quarter-notes groove.
